Another
Man’s Error...
Let’s start with this amazing report
of how an hospital cleaner took the
lives of patients on an intensive care unit. The hospital cleaner will unplug
the power cord of a life supporting machine in the ICU to plug his vacuum cleaning
machine. After finishing his vacuum duty, he replaces the power supply cord and
at this time the patient had died. The scenario continue to the third patient
and the hospital decided to do a research as to how the sudden lost kept
reoccurring and sadly to discovered that it’s another man’s error.
Another one is the oil&gas truck
driver who had a flat tire and decided to call tolling truck personnel to help
in tolling the truck from the express way and thereby allow for free traffic
movement of other vehicle on the road. On the arriver of the tolling van only
for the oil&gas driver to be hit badly by the driver of the tolling van
resulting the instant death of the truck driver. Still on the same vain are
incident that drivers veer off the roads and worst ran into residential house
or pedestrians or other motors on their lane.
This [Another man’s error] is in
every works of life, you just name it; in education, business, homes,
government, leadership/followership, and others. It may arise by mistake,
neglects, deliberate and coarse; it’s an ill wind that does no one good. In
political governance it is use as a blame game to fault opposition leader and
govt especially in Africa. For instance, a state govt's error will be use to
spat the federal govt and misinform the people. If I should continue on this
there will be several pages, good enough that a word is enough for the
discerning.

I pray for you not to make errors
and naive mistakes and importantly not to be ensnared by the vices, errors of
an ignoramus. Divergent opinions may not be totally bad but must not lead to
chaos and deadlock dead end.
